Account Executive - Healthcare industry at Wishcraft Group of Companies As an Account Executive, you will foster client relationships, create effective marketing solutions, and ensure successful project delivery to meet healthcare industry needs. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through business development, client acquisition, and new project proposals. Secure at least one new client/project annually to expand business opportunities. Build and maintain a client database, tracking brand contacts, billing procedures, and payment terms. Create networking opportunities and host client engagement activities twice a year. Keep clients updated through quarterly newsletters and industry insights. Work closely with internal teams to develop customized project proposals and integrated marketing campaigns. Provide strategic solutions to meet client campaign objectives and execution needs. Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver formal post‑evaluation reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements. Coordinate with Finance to ensure all documentation, Purchase Orders (POs), and Cost Estimates (CEs) are submitted on time. Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive feedback and new marketing concepts. Ensure post‑project receivables are settled in compliance with Finance policies. Required Qualifications Experience as an Account Executive in the healthcare industry is preferred. Experience in sales, business development, or account management in events, activations, or marketing. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to develop creative and strategic marketing solutions. Willingness to work on‑site for client meetings and project execution.
