Bizcom Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our well-known resort and restaurant clients in Siargao Island, Philippines .
Our client is a premier hospitality destination and is immediately sourcing for a Restaurant Manager to join their growing team.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Siargao Island, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth service flow, and high-quality food & beverage standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a dynamic resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.

  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu execution, specials, and quality control.

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls to achieve profitability.

  • Ensure proper inventory management, supplier coordination, and stock control.

  • Implement company policies, standards, and procedures for consistent service excellence.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and promote the resort’s F&B offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management, preferably in resorts or high-volume restaurants.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and inventory management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, island resort environment.

  • Customer-service oriented with a passion for hospitality.
