Role Summary Customer Success – Upsell. Help Sleek achieve its revenue target by offering additional services to existing clients. Focus on a data‑driven, disciplined approach to customer success. Mission Help Sleek reach its revenue goals by upselling services to our existing client base. Outcomes Achieve cash collection targets on a monthly basis (75 k SGD per month) Maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level (NPS > 97) Track pipeline effectively and prioritize tickets based on data Prepare proactive campaigns via HubSpot to increase collection Contribute to scaling the upsell process by working with the Data and CRM teams Must Have 3–4 years in Sales or Account Management in a role carrying sales targets (ideally ~100 k SGD per month) Experience working with SMEs Exposure to multiple cultures (clients worldwide) Experience in startups Familiarity with HubSpot Customer‑centric mindset Nice‑to‑have Zendesk and Tableau experience Interview Process HR Screening – 30‑minute chat with the TA Career deep dive – 45‑minute chat with the Hiring Manager to discuss recent roles Behavioural fit assessment – 45‑minute chat with HR or leadership to evaluate recent work situations Offer & reference interviews – non‑binding offer followed by short phone/video calls with references Background Screening Sleek is a regulated entity and requires background checks depending on the role. Checks may include verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history. Consent is requested before conducting checks. An adverse result may prohibit passing probation.
