About the Role: We are seeking a mature, experienced male professional to join the team as an Operations Manager / Customer Success Manager. This is a unique, dual-role position that blends operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management. You’ll be the primary point of contact for construction industry clients—ensuring their success, improving internal systems, and helping them scale their businesses. This hire will allow the founder to focus on marketing strategy and content creation.
