Yngen Datacom Corp is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting‑edge software solutions and the businesses that use them. You will play a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long‑term value. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning and managing the customer relationship end-to-end. Conduct end‑user training to help clients fully unlock the value of our solutions. Provide strategic guidance on best practices and effective system usage. Manage onboarding and implementation projects, and support crisis resolution when needed. Educate customers on new features and enhancements. Continuously work to empower clients and ensure their long‑term success with our platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles (experience with software companies is a must). Amenable to work permanently during US Time zone. Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Background in tech‑focused industries, especially B2B SaaS, is a plus.
