Customer Success Manager

Icon is looking for a dependable customer success manager to keep projects moving, align teams, and make sure client feedback turns into on‑time, high‑quality deliverables. You’ll coordinate across creators, editors, and the script team, run clear communication, and keep stakeholders informed. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—understand their goals, gather feedback, and translate needs into clear action plans. Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, and creative) to ensure client requests are scoped, prioritized, and executed effectively. Lead regular client check‑ins and business reviews; surface insights, track progress toward success metrics, and identify opportunities for growth. Maintain up‑to‑date client dashboards with key activities, deliverables, and risk indicators; communicate proactive updates and next steps. Monitor account health, timelines, and engagement to ensure smooth delivery and on‑time results. Document client learnings, success stories, and best practices to improve consistency and scale across the customer base. What You’ll Bring 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client‑facing project management (agency or SaaS experience a plus). Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills—able to translate client needs into actionable tasks and deliver with clarity. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Systems minded, proactive problem‑solver, and a strong sense of ownership over client outcomes. If you’re looking for career growth, Icon is the place to be.
