Job Title SaaS Sales Manager – Credit Solutions (Philippines Market) Location Manila, Philippines (Remote interview process available, requires local market presence – work from office job) Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and prioritize key market segments and client profiles within the Philippine credit industry. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Market Expertise Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Philippine credit industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Use this insight to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience – Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably with a background in selling to the credit, financial services, or FinTech sectors. Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of credit processes, financial services, and SaaS business models. Familiarity with key SaaS metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, MRR) is a plus. Sales Skills – Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals. Language – Full professional proficiency in English required. Proficiency in Tagalog is a significant advantage for effective communication with local clients. Personal Attributes – Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, independent environment. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven approach are essential.
