ZOOM: Sales Manager – Mid-Market

What you can expect Zoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market & Small Business Sales Manager to lead our sales team covering the Philippines. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving growth and adoption in the SMB and Mid-Market segment (1–500 employees). This is a hybrid role based in Manila, with the expectation of meeting the team in person at least two times per week in addition to regular customer and partner visits. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who combines strategic vision with tactical execution, while collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology/SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute go‑to‑market strategies in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments. With a focus on delivering cutting‑edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients across the Philippines and beyond. Through strategic partnerships and a customer‑centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's regional presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in technology sales leadership in a SaaS or UCaaS/CCaaS environment. Proven track record of managing teams to exceed sales targets in a complex B2B environment. Strong coaching and leadership capabilities — able to motivate and grow a diverse team. Fluency in English required; Filipino language skills strongly preferred. Deep understanding of small business and mid-market customer needs and buying behavior in Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines. Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives. Willingness to travel within the Philippines, and occasionally regionally, as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
