Overview

HR Business Partner - Global E-Commerce Operations - Taguig. ByteDance Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with your business unit to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
  • Coach and mentor business leaders to build a strong community that supports business development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to provide HR guidance on staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Be the ambassador for TikTok’s organizational culture and plan activities to drive employee engagement.
  • Manage HR operations activities as needed.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on case handling.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to support business growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge with hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Extensive knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
