Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to meet business needs.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to ensure team growth and skill enhancement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Partner (HR Business Partner) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with an aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the Philippines.
  • An ability to adapt in a fast-paced Technology & Telecoms environment
