As an Ecommerce Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong and lasting relationships between our customers and Focus Global. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have a positive and rewarding experience. Responsibilities Address customer issues, concerns, and inquiries through our dedicated customer service channels Proactively identify effective solutions to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing service quality, productivity, and overall profitability Assist in managing our ecommerce websites and ensure their smooth operation Create compelling write-ups for our brands to support marketing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce or customer service Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service for regional countries (e.g. Singapore) is a plus but not required Amenable to work on weekends and on shifting schedules You Are an Ideal Candidate if You Are Entrepreneurial: We are a team that is nimble and quick to adapt.
