Your role The Sales Operations Associate will manage the daily eCommerce sales operations for the operations of the Singapore office. Product Portfolio Management Competitor analysis – Product pricing and market research to benchmark against competitors’ products Updating inventory and promotions pricing for online channels Supporting coordination with eCommerce partners like Lazada, Shopee, and others Creating and updating product content on online eCommerce stores Customer Experience Creating the optimal post-purchase customer experience Collaborate with eCommerce partner couriers to track KPIs and optimize process efficiency Coordinating with different internal stakeholders on any misplaced orders, wrong deliveries, etc. Special projects: Customer Failed Transaction outreach Analysis: Reviewing sales performance, operational KPIs, etc Other tasks Order Management: working with different stakeholders to process orders and make sure that customers have an excellent customer journey Invoicing and dispute management Market research and data collection Training, development & rotations At Focus Global they have good leaders that have a genuine interest in the growth and development of their team members.
