Role Summary As our growth strategist, you'll drive strategic growth by optimizing marketing efforts, enhancing customer retention, and expanding our marketplace presence. You’ll collaborate with our existing team while taking ownership of key areas to boost profitability. Ideal for e-commerce experts with a proven track record of growing stores in competitive niches. The main goal of this role is to drive net profit upward, increase revenue, and decrease costs through various strategies, with the primary KPI being the additional net profit this position can deliver to our company. Key Responsibilities Google / Meta Ads — Manage and optimize campaigns end-to-end, staying ahead of trends, fully owning budgets, and maintaining GMC & Facebook Ad integrity. Landing Page Strategy — Research products, analyze competitors, define personas, craft strategy and copy, and coordinate design/development execution. Conversion Optimization (CRO) — Analyze GA, sessions, and heatmaps; apply psychology-backed testing to improve conversion without full A/B reliance. Build and optimize membership/warranty programs and recurring models. Launch and manage referral (“Give/Get”) programs for low-cost new customer acquisition. Develop VIP and loyalty tiers to increase repeat purchase rate. Automate review and UGC collection, collaborating with PR to repurpose content for ads and product pages. Marketplace Growth — Oversee Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, and new platforms; coordinate ads, inventory, and sales forecasting to expand market share. PR Alignment — Work with PR to connect storytelling with conversion; leverage press, testimonials, and content in campaigns. Social Media — Guide brand presence and posting strategy to reinforce authority and performance. Affiliate Partnerships — Support creative asset distribution, manage affiliate campaigns, and explore influencer whitelisting to boost conversions and reduce CAC. Lead designers and developers — Oversee all creative and technical executions (web, ads, email, product visuals). Website Localization — Plan and optimize versions for different languages/regions to maintain global conversion performance. Manage affiliate and influencer whitelisting for paid ads through creator handles. Conduct pricing and localization tests to align regional buyer psychology. Requirements 3+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce growth experience, with a strong reputation for scaling stores in competitive niches like consumer electronics or security tech. Proven success in achieving ROAS >3x on substantial ad budgets. Strong analytical skills for funnel optimization, AOV strategies (upsells/bundles), and profit analysis. Experience in international marketing (e.g., EU/AU/NZ campaigns) and affiliate/influencer programs. Excellent English communication; remote work proficiency with tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. Competitive base salary, based on experience.
