Head of Growth and Marketing

We are seeking a Head of Marketing who can help us out-market and out-position the competition. The Role As our Head of Marketing, you will architect and execute Shae Group's marketing strategy across all verticals. You will own brand positioning, demand generation, paid advertising, PR, and growth marketing — ensuring that every campaign is digitized, trackable, scalable, and tied to revenue KPIs. This is a part-time role with a lean base salary and high-performance incentives, directly tied to sales growth, conversions, and community expansion. Who You Are A strategic and creative marketer with a proven track record of driving revenue and scaling audiences who: Is AI-fluent, leveraging the latest AI tools for ads, creative, analytics, automation, and PR. Has hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, TikTok, X, and more. Thrives in both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. Is energized by ambitious goals, fast-moving projects, and working across multiple industries. Responsibilities Lead marketing strategy and brand positioning across all Shae Group verticals Create and optimize high-converting funnels and paid ad campaigns Manage all paid media buys and continuously optimize ROAS Drive community growth across major social platforms and private groups Secure PR, media, and thought leadership opportunities Embed AI automation into every marketing workflow Provide clear reporting and dashboards on ROI and KPIs Key Outcomes Revenue growth driven by marketing-led campaigns High-converting funnels and predictable lead pipelines Exponential community growth and engagement PR wins that elevate Shae Group's authority and brand profile Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in tech, health, wellbeing, or related sectors Proven track record in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth Expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools for ads, content creation, analytics, automation, and PR Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and X Strong skills in brand positioning, demand generation, and growth marketing Advanced ability in marketing analytics, funnel optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting Experience in securing PR opportunities and managing brand reputation Demonstrated success in scaling and engaging online communities Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Benefits Base Salary: USD $1,500 - $2,500 per month Performance Incentives: USD $2,500 - $4,500 per month tied to revenue growth, conversions, and engagement metrics On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $4,000 - $7,000 per month Opportunity for agency engagement or a long-term leadership pathway Corporate Culture & Work Ethos We foster a culture of innovation, performance, and purpose.
