Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in Parañaque. The CRO will oversee the development and execution of revenue-generation strategies, manage sales operations, and lead efforts in account management and lead generation. The role requires collaboration with leadership to plan and implement strategic initiatives that align with business growth objectives. The CRO will play a pivotal role in driving overall organizational sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Strategic Planning for revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive results in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus
  • Experience in starting up small businesses frim scratch is an advantage
