Role: Customer Support – General

• Leverage understanding of the industry, customer’s portfolio of products, and business processes to deliver a personalized experience with every customer interaction
• Document customer interactions through the ticket management system
• Establish relationships and trust with customers during interactions
• Provide basic training to customers as needed
• Troubleshoot integrated products with customers to isolate root causes
• Manage situations requiring real-time solutions and set clear resolution plans
• Aim for high customer satisfaction as measured by satisfaction and efficiency metrics
• Document product knowledge solutions when applicable
• Learn and become proficient on RealPage products with skills certification in assigned areas

Role: Customer Support – Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills (PCs and Internet)
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible schedule as determined by business needs; occasional overtime may be required
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Role: Customer Support – Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Some college or equivalent
• Previous call center experience
• Familiarity with basic office productivity software
• Knowledge of GAAP, general troubleshooting, hardware, and networking
• Experience in housing, property management, or real estate
• Attention to detail; adaptability to change such as cross training
• Demonstrated superior over-the-phone customer service
