Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience in the After-Sales Service Department is an advantage
- With advanced experience with office management software like MS Office, such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail-oriented
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible, and hardworking
- Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure
- Prepares reports for the Manufacturers/company as follows, but not limited to Service Manpower Update, Non-F1 Report, Open repair orders, DCS
- Prepares daily/weekly KPI reports and submits them to the Service Manager not later than 10:00 AM of the following day.
- Maintains records and monitors technician training time and manpower turnover.
- Assist Body and Paint(BP) personnel in preparing reports, typing quotations, and attending to BP customers when needed.
- Maintains an updated and organized service department file.
- Promotes 5S in the work at all times.
