Overview

Spa Service Expert role at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Location: Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts, Metro Manila, Philippines. Schedule: Full Time. Position Type: Non-Management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property and provide information to guests about available facilities (pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center).
  • Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities; promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere; enforce rules and regulations for safety and welfare.
  • Monitor recreational facilities and respond to emergencies according to local operating procedures; provide cashier services when applicable and assist with hosting private functions with group activities and events.
  • Assist guests with disabilities, acknowledge and address service needs, and maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications as required.
  • Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales; read and verify information; operate computers and point of sale systems.
  • Stand or move for extended periods; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds; and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications — CPR Certification; First Aid Certification; Recreation Equipment; any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
  • Preferred Qualifications — Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; Related Work Experience: no related work experience; Supervisory Experience: none.
