Job Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the club, coordinating with the operations manager to implement marketing strategies.
  • Execute tasks and performance indicators assigned by the club general manager.
  • Manage labor division among club personnel and oversee member client relations.
  • Supervise product loss management and maintain control over inventory.
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and upkeep.
  • Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, security, and fire prevention operations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
  • Responsible for staff training and education.
Job Requirements
  • Languages: Mandarin & English
  • At least three years of experience in the beauty/hotel industry, including one year as a manager.
  • Proficient in team management, customer service, product management, logistics, and store processes.
  • Strong communication skills, able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Dedicated, conscientious, with strong interpersonal skills.
