Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing the annual training plan and monthly training schedule for the club.
  • Organize and coordinate the implementation of the training plans.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on training results.
  • Coordinate with departments for training assistance.
  • Review training materials and assess employees.
  • Understand departmental needs and suggest feasible training solutions.
Requirements
  • Languages: Mandarin & English
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of hotel/SPA/restaurant service standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations and e-learning methods
