Overview On-site - Marikina Fresh Graduate/Student Bachelor Full-time Job Description The HR Officer will be responsible for establishing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, payroll, and compliance. This role is crucial in building strong HR systems and supporting the growth of the company. Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment , screening, and onboarding of employees. Maintain employee records (201 files) , contracts, and HR documents. Manage attendance, timekeeping, payroll preparation , and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Ensure labor law compliance and assist in DOLE requirements. Draft and implement company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions . Support employee relations , training, and engagement activities. Work closely with management in building HR systems and improving workplace culture. Qualifications Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong admin skills are welcome). Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
