What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off-boarding
  2. Administer compensation and benefits programmes to ensure compliance with labour laws
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  4. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  6. Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives
  7. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and data
  5. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritise and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
  6. A genuine interest in human capital management and a commitment to delivering exceptional HR support
