What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off-boarding
- Administer compensation and benefits programmes to ensure compliance with labour laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and data
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritise and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
- A genuine interest in human capital management and a commitment to delivering exceptional HR support
