Job Description

Oversees the overall quality and environmental aspect of the products. Conducts quality inspection activities for the incoming raw materials, start-up of the production and during the production on a randomly basis. Identifies and establishes improvement in process manufacturing stages. Evaluates existing quality procedures and recommends improvements. Provides Quality Control report and submit to the QC Manager for evaluation. Provides Quality Control services and technical supports to Production/ Plant Manager throughout manufacturing process. Coordinates with BPS accredited testing laboratories for pipes and fittings. Others as may be assigned.

Salary : Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary, Overtime pay

_Duties and Responsibilities_: The position is part of the team of researchers/analysts that assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of the raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Monitors and audits processes, workers and production areas to ensure compliance of GMPs. Provides assistance by performing various laboratory functions such as preparing materials for analysis, conduct regular laboratory analysis, maintaining proper storage of samples, and other related quality control functions.

A graduate of BS Food Technology. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong City. 4 Full-Time positions available. Direct Hire. Salary: Php15,100.00 - Php25,000.00 per month. Shifts: Day and Night. Benefits include 13th month salary, Bonus pay, Overtime pay, and Yearly bonus.

Job Description

The Service Quality Partner supports at least a single process and works closely with Performance Readiness Training, Operations and site team leaders to monitor Service Quality performance standards. Responsibilities include service quality monitoring, analytics, feedback and validation; maintenance and operational support; stakeholder management; and quality assurance activities.

What You Bring to the Role

- Service Quality Monitoring, Analytics, Feedback and Validation (60%)

- Maintenance and Operational Support/Stakeholder Management (30%)

- New Associate Quality Talk & Overview (10%)

Initial validation of incidents, creation and documentation of process performance audits, service quality reporting, and collaboration with various teams to provide quality input. 3 years of functional experience in Service Quality Assurance for Operations Delivery. Experience with process migration/updates is a plus. Strong communication and project management skills are valuable.
