Job DescriptionAn Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist will be responsible: Delivering a seamless experience to new hires and departing employees Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background checks, and document submissions. Facilitating onboarding kits such as but not limited to the Company ID, new hire kit and other company merch, from request to distribution process Coordinating the company assets, and work tools with IT and Admin teams Guiding employees through the exit clearance process, ensuring compliance with company policies Reclaiming and account for all company assets and access rights in coordination with IT and Admin Ensuring all offboarding documentation is complete, archived, and compliant with internal records policies Job DescriptionAn Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist will be responsible:Delivering a seamless experience to new hires and departing employees Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background checks, and document submissions.
