Our products aim to help underbanked or New-to-Credit users get easy access to funds to make more purchases on the Shopee platform.

• SPayLater is our consumer financing solution that aims to help our users gain financial freedom with fewer limitations – all through a seamless digital experience. SPayLater offers Shopee users the freedom to buy immediately, but with the choice of paying for their purchases later.
• SLoan for Sellers is the Seller/SME Loans product that will allow sellers to take out loans to finance their Shopee business operations.
• SLoans is the Consumer Cash Loans product that will allow users to take out cash loans.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Fintech brand as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality graphic designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop innovative graphics, layouts, and multimedia content for digital and print channels.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.
• Multimedia Design: Utilize skills in multimedia design to create engaging animation, video content, and interactive graphics that enhance user engagement and storytelling.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives and enhance user experience.
• Manage Design Projects: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Provide updates and respond to feedback from stakeholders throughout the process.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends in graphic and multimedia design, as well as developments in the fintech space, to bring fresh and relevant ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related fi eld.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a graphic/multimedia designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in design software; Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other multimedia tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently on multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG is a plus.
• Flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
• This role requires physical presence in the office 4 days a week (subject to policy change).
