Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Handles fewer accounts but has longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes.
- Typically meets with customers in person or via video conferencing.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans for each assigned customer.
- Setting realistic revenue goals and tracking progress.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Analyzing customer data to identify market opportunities.
- Adapting account strategies to changing market conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
