Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identifying new sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, often involving presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
Account Planning:
- Creating and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client value.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree is generally required, often in business, marketing, or communications.Some positions, especially at the senior level, may prefer or require a master’s degree.
- Proven sales experience, typically 2-3 years, is often a prerequisite.
