Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, often involving presentations, negotiations, and contract management. Account Planning: Creating and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client value. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting & Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management. Education: A bachelor’s degree is generally required, often in business, marketing, or communications.Some positions, especially at the senior level, may prefer or require a master’s degree. Proven sales experience, typically 2-3 years, is often a prerequisite. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
