Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals to meet sales targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. Serve as a main point of contact for clients ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Identify Up sell and Cross sell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with technical, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Marketing Support : Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and promotional events. Provide feedback from clients to refine marketing strategies and materials.
- Bidding and ProposalManagement: Research and identify bidding opportunities in government and private sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience- At least 1 year in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel or work flexible hours if needed.
