Overview

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and support. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Understand client needs and business objectives to propose effective solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, to closing deals. Track account performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to management. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth. Handle client issues or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is preferred (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Results-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
