French Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Job Description: Answering the telephone and informing Officers regarding concerns for resolution. Documentation M2E docs initial screening and top sheet preparation. Filing, retrieval and scanning of documents. Prepare M2E token acknowledgement/transmittal (new and replacement) and dispatch it to respective branches. Preparing simple reports. Prepare Post Implementation Review Client List. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Client Services ExecutiveWe are looking for a Client Services Executive to manage key client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and support business growth within the food service & hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is professional, bilingual with strong English communication, and experienced in building client partnerships. You will maintain a high level of client satisfaction, ensure courteous communication, and act as a strategic partner to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for key clients and be instrumental in managing expectations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Reporting: This is a full-time role with reporting line to local management and to VP of Global Client Services.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Regular onsite client meetings to strengthen partnerships and manage expectations
- Address and resolve client issues with urgency and diplomacy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide account updates and performance reports
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions
- Prepare account reports and updates for clients and management
Qualifications: 1-2 years in client servicing or similar; hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; excellent English communication; proficient in basic tools; CRM familiarity; travel to Makati/BGC as required.
