Responsibilities: Manages team of primarily entry and intermediate professionals or supervisors of warehouse and logistics employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work). Sets day-to-day warehouse operation goals and objectives for team members including receiving, put away, storage, issuing, shipping and inventory control. Guides materials management activities to ensure materials are effectively stocked and deployed. Implement and improve standard operating procedures to regulatory, health, safety and environmental requirements. Trains direct reports to ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed. Audits material handling process and inventory levels to ensure availability of materials. Troubleshoots and reconciles large discrepancies to ensure compliance of standards to ensure effective materials management and smooth logistics deployment. Drives improvement and corrective action process for warehouse related opportunities. Ensures efficient space utilization and warehouse layout. Plan for future storage capacity and resource needs. Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of combined relevant and leadership experience. Proven experience as Warehouse Leader in a factory or industrial setting. Well-versed in SAP specifically in its application to Inventory Management (MM-IM Module).
