Key Responsibilities:

  • Will enter into partnerships and transactions with bus terminals.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of logistics.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement and improve logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to align logistics functions with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Use logistics software systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) to track performance and manage operations.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance and present them to management.
  • Resolve issues related to transportation, customer delivery, or inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Own a motorcycle. (with gas allowance)
  • Solid knowledge of logistics procedures and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
