Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to guide and develop high-performing teams. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex sales data and derive actionable insights. Motivation & Coaching: Effective motivational techniques and coaching methodologies. Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies to evolving market conditions. Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Technical acumen, experience in information security systems or technology (preferred). Proven Sales Leadership & Coaching Experience in outbound sales. Strong Track Record of Exceeding Targets. Analytical, Data-Driven Decision-Making Abilities (preferred). Proven Sales Coach experience in a BPO setting (non-negotiable). Outbound Sales experience in a BPO environment (non-negotiable).
