We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coach (Manager Level) to lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching, and has a proven track record of driving sales performance through strategic leadership and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Leadership – Drive team performance to exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective planning, coaching, and execution.
  • Coaching & Development – Conduct regular performance reviews, skill assessments, and targeted coaching sessions to enhance individual and team capabilities.
  • Strategic Sales Management – Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement – Recommend and execute strategies to improve sales techniques, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Team Engagement & Culture Building – Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture that motivates and retains top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience in a sales or business development environment (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales is essential for this role
  • Must have experience managing teams of 11-20 people or larger
  • Strong background in sales coaching, performance management, and pipeline strategy
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to inspire, influence, and lead teams to achieve and surpass sales goals
