Responsibilities

  • Accepts jobs for repair, made to order, bag and shoe repair, bag cleaning, bag restoration, dry cleaning and sells essentials, sexy sole and linen spray.
  • Receives, document and facilitate order from the customers.
  • Monitors the due dates on both contracted jobs and claimed jobs using the daily monitoring worksheet or desktop.
  • Maintain a logbook on the in and out of items.
  • Submit/send email the following reports to the Head Office/Accounting at the end of the day: a. Customer contracted for; b. Claimed form; c. Summary of transfer of jobs from stores (if any); d. Summary of credit cards sales slip (if any); e. Deposit slip; f. Attachment (Job Order, Official Receipt, Claimed stub etc.).
  • Ensures that the above-mentioned documents are properly submitted to the Head Office.
  • Submit weekly and monthly report of repairs and MTO with the updated payments status including the tie up store like RMSI, Debentures, 7FAM and others.
  • Responsible in monitoring the sewer’s production report to be submitted daily.
  • Distribute jobs among sewers in order for them to meet their quota.
  • Receives and remit payments/collection from the customer.
  • Check stores daily sales report and ensure that store’s monetary funds are properly kept.
  • Make sure to have enough change fund.
  • On a monthly basis, check/monitors accounts receivables of unclaimed items.
  • Inform the client as to the status of the items to avoid complaints.
  • Immediately inform the Head Office for any discrepancy.
  • Attends to customer complaint and attends their inquiries regarding promotions.
  • Responsible in monitoring and handling the petty cash and change fund and ensures that this is properly replenished.
  • Ensure that the sewer met the daily quota of five thousand five hundred pesos (Php 5,500).
  • Monitors store’s operating expenses and keeping cost in line according to company’s budget guidelines and allowance.
  • Conducts visit to different fashion shops or boutiques within the area to promote the company by giving out referrals slips.
  • Ensure that all Store Operations Policies and Procedures are being implemented.
  • Send sales report at the end of the day in SC Messenger Group.
  • Oversee the general appearance of the store.
  • Cross sell products and services of the company.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or operations is highly beneficial.
  • Typically requires 1–3 years in a retail setting, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
