Store Usherette

The Store Usherette is responsible for welcoming customers, providing assistance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This role supports store operations by guiding customers, maintaining order within the store, and assisting the sales team during busy hours or special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them upon entering the store.
• Provide basic product information and direct customers to the appropriate section or sales associate.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance in the store's entrance and display areas.
• Assist in crowd control and customer flow, especially during promotions or peak hours.
• Support in preparing and organizing promotional events or in-store activities.
• Ensure all customers receive courteous and efficient service.
• Help monitor store security by being attentive to customer activity and store surroundings.
• Coordinate with sales associates and cashiers to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level.
• With or without experience (experience in retail, events, or customer service is an advantage).
• Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
