What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding, personalized service.
- Drive monthly team and individual sales goals.
- Build long-term client relationships and handle VIP sales with discretion.
Team Leadership & Management
- Coach, motivate, and schedule sales associates for peak performance.
- Ensure staff follow company standards, promotions, and service protocols.
- Oversee security and maintain a professional, high-performing store team.
Operations & Administration
- Conduct daily briefings with the team.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, and efficient operations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and prepare incident reports.
Inventory Management & Procurement
- Monitor stock, conduct regular audits, and manage restocking.
- Ensure accurate inventory and POS records (Shopify).
- Lead supplier coordination and procurement negotiations.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track sales performance, inventory movement, and customer trends.
- Submit daily and monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with management on marketing and operational updates.
Marketing & Events Support
- Propose and lead in-store events and promotions.
- Gather customer feedback and strengthen post-purchase engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Retail leadership experience (luxury or jewelry a plus).
- Preferably with store financial / P&L management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling high-value items and motivating teams.
- POS system proficiency (training provided).
- Flexible schedule – must be available for mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
- A genuine passion for fine jewelry and client service.
