What You'll Do:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding, personalized service.
  • Drive monthly team and individual sales goals.
  • Build long-term client relationships and handle VIP sales with discretion.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Coach, motivate, and schedule sales associates for peak performance.
  • Ensure staff follow company standards, promotions, and service protocols.
  • Oversee security and maintain a professional, high-performing store team.

Operations & Administration

  • Conduct daily briefings with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, and efficient operations.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and prepare incident reports.

Inventory Management & Procurement

  • Monitor stock, conduct regular audits, and manage restocking.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and POS records (Shopify).
  • Lead supplier coordination and procurement negotiations.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track sales performance, inventory movement, and customer trends.
  • Submit daily and monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with management on marketing and operational updates.

Marketing & Events Support

  • Propose and lead in-store events and promotions.
  • Gather customer feedback and strengthen post-purchase engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail leadership experience (luxury or jewelry a plus).
  • Preferably with store financial / P&L management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling high-value items and motivating teams.
  • POS system proficiency (training provided).
  • Flexible schedule – must be available for mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for fine jewelry and client service.
