Job description

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our internal teams, retail partners, and in-store staff. You'll handle the end-to-end process of wholesale operations—ensuring accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and strong brand visibility across partner stores.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Order Management

  • Create and maintain SKU master lists, product details, and pricing in Odoo Sales and retailer portals.
  • Process and validate Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders, and delivery documentation.
  • Communicate order confirmations, schedules, and discrepancies to clients.

Retail Partner Coordination

  • Serve as the main contact for department stores, beauty chains, and distributors.
  • Coordinate deliveries, invoices, and retailer requirements (barcoding, certifications, display standards).
  • Track sell-through data, replenishment cycles, and reorders.

Store & Merchandising Oversight

  • Conduct store visits to monitor displays, fixtures, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with promo staff to ensure replenishment and promo execution.
  • Gather feedback on competitor activity and merchandising opportunities.

Pricing, Promotions & Reporting

  • Coordinate pricing structures, discounts, and trade terms with Sales and Finance.
  • Maintain account data and product listings in Odoo CRM and vendor portals.
  • Generate sales and inventory reports for management and planning teams.

Event & Trade Support

  • Assist in retail events, trade fairs, and product launches.
  • Prepare product samples, presentations, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in wholesale coordination, retail operations, or merchandising
  • Knowledge of Odoo CRM, Sales, or Inventory modules (or similar ERP) preferred
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to conduct regular store visits and coordinate with field staff
