RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service / Experience
- Staff scheduling
- Provide solutions for customer feedback and complaints.
- Providing high quality and positive customer service experience.
- Making sure that the order system of customers is well organized.
- Assist in store and grab from time to time.
Inventory Management
- Spot checking of inventories.
- Daily monitoring of stocks.
Sales
- Cashier sales audit.
- Manage store performance and suggest ways to improve sales.
Stock Control & Process Improvement
- Store permits completion in coordination with the HR Ops Assistant.
Store Maintenance
- Monitor food safety at sanitation per store. Checking the cleanliness and arrangement of the store supplies.
- Manage the branch to meet or exceed standards in quality control, safety, hygiene and sanitation.
Grooming
- Provide weekly reports for store housekeeping.
Product Handling
- Ensures that store products have sufficient stocks daily.
- Assist in Stock forecasting
Supplies Monitoring
- Making sure stores have sufficient supplies of packaging and office supply materials.
Cost Management
- Monitoring and encoding of Store improvement expenses.
Facilities And Asset Management
- Weekly visit of each stores to evaluate cleanliness
Training and Skills Development
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate store crews.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff and to management for improvement.
- Responsible for giving 7 days training to the newly hired crew.
- Give short orientation about job roles and the company.
- Performance review
Order Management
Online Ordering and Booking Courier
Admin Task
- Weekly report of Store Facilities repairs, maintenance & improvement.
- Weekly Cleaning report - store visit
- Weekly Store crew report - store visit
- Scheduling of Store Crew
