Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an OED Training Specialist, located in Metro Manila. The OED Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, developing instructional materials, and facilitating training sessions. The role also includes evaluating training effectiveness, providing customer service, and ensuring continuous improvement in training processes. The specialist will collaborate with teams to address training needs and contribute to the organizational development efforts. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Experience in Training & Development and Instructional Design Proficiency in Customer Service Ability to design and facilitate training programs Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
