Job Description

As an O&M Specialist at FINSI, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operations and maintenance of our engineering projects. You will ensure that daily field activities and performance standards are achieved efficiently, safely, and in line with company and client expectations.


Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations and maintenance activities in assigned projects.
  • Monitor, analyze, and maintain performance indicators (e.g., KPIs, network quality, and site performance).
  • Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors.
  • Lead and assist in fieldwork, site restoration, and project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to O&M standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.
  • Conduct site permitting, inspections, and documentation.
  • Manage and transport required tools, materials, and assets safely.
  • Address operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction (internal and external).

Qualifications
  • At least high school graduate (Technical or Engineering background preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or field engineering.
  • Valid driver's license (4-wheel) required.
  • Must be willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
  • COSH and WAH Certified is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
