JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborate closely with logistics leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with logistics department objectives and overall organizational goals. Lead and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of talents, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support the department’s growth. Act as a trusted advisor to logistics leadership and employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Partner with logistics leaders to identify high-potential employees, create succession plans, and develop talent acquisition strategies for critical roles within the logistics department. Support the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations. Assist in managing organizational changes within the logistics group, providing communication plans, guidance, and support during transitions. Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits offerings for logistics employees. Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within the logistics group. Ensure HR policies are aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements. JOB QUALIFICATION Must have proven HR leadership experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain functions.
