Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant with an accounting background to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations. This position requires a professional who can manage executive-level administrative tasks while also contributing to basic accounting functions such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Executive Support- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Track budgets, departmental expenses, and financial forecasts.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional.
- 1–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of accounting tools or ERP systems.
- Presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Operations management experience is a plus.
