Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef based in BGC Taguig, Makati, and Tagaytay. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities also include menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes served.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to plan menus and manage kitchen inventory
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
