Job Description Supervise and support HR Staff in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development. Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent candidate and new hire experience. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes in coordination with Accounting/Finance. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals. Administer the performance management system and provide guidance to department heads on employee development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company policies. Organize and execute employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives. Handle Labor and Employee cases. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates. Be willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time. Key Skills: Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership Development, Computer Literacy, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
