Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Supervisor / Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR strategies, and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Supervise and lead the HR team in executing HR functions effectively.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and act as a mediator in resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Implement HR strategies and policies that support business growth.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS.
- Lead training and development initiatives.
- Monitor compensation, benefits, and payroll-related matters in coordination with Finance.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and has a high level of integrity.
- Experience in handling government-mandated benefits and compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
