Employee Engagement Supervisor

We’re looking for a Employee Engagement Supervisor who will lead initiatives that inspire, engage, and empower our teams. Key Responsibilities 1. People & Culture Strategy Develop and implement programs that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational values. Partner with leadership to design people-focused initiatives that drive performance, retention, and inclusion. Lead employee experience programs, including recognition, wellness, and professional development. 2. Employee Relations Manage and resolve employee relations cases with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws. Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Conduct investigations, mediate workplace concerns, and implement corrective actions when necessary. 3. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, clearly communicated, and consistently applied. Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring objective and meaningful feedback processes. Maintain compliance with Philippine labor regulations and BPO industry standards. 4. Leadership & Collaboration Partner closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams to support workforce growth and engagement. Coach and guide supervisors and team leads in effective people management. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for both employees and management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in Employee Relations or People & Culture roles within a BPO environment. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Proven ability to balance empathy with business objectives. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
