About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Confidential as an HR Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and development. As a full-time position based in Cabuyao City, Laguna, you will play a vital part in shaping the company's people strategy and contributing to its continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the organisation's goals Lead the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary issues and conflict resolution Design and deliver training and development initiatives to upskill and engage the workforce Oversee the administration of benefits, compensation and payroll Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs Contribute to the development of the company's HR strategy and roadmap What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the manufacturing/FMCG industry Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis Proactive, adaptable and committed to driving continuous improvement With experience in CBA Negotiation With experience in a Unionized Company #J-18808-Ljbffr
