Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for Timber Protection & Maintenance Services, Inc. Establish and nurture client relationships within the professional services industry, providing exceptional account management. Understand client needs to propose bespoke timber protection solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of market trends to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree from an accredited institution. Degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred. Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1-year experience required. Prior experience in a sales role may be beneficial. Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills; adept in sales training techniques; excellent at relationship building and customer relationship management; capable of working in a team; possess analytical skills for market analysis; skilled in lead generation and cold calling techniques; exceptional communication skills. Working Conditions: Office setting with potential field visits to clients. Flexibility for travel and attending meetings outside regular business hours.
