Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for converting prospect clients into new customers and managing post-sales accounts. You will be working alongside the internal team drivers, as well as client key stakeholders to secure continuous revenue growth through a holistic customer experience.
Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Grow accounts through extension and expansion opportunities
- Build, sustain and foster strong client relationships by conducting regular health checks
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Focus on consultative selling by understanding the clients needs and establishing a collaborative and customer-centric environment
- At least 2-4 years in a similar role or sales-related role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Basic understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends is an advantage but not required
